HERA Admin is a private workspace built and run by Zelix Labs Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202619950K) for HERA Bathroom. It is used only by HERA staff who have been invited.

🗂️ What it holds

• WhatsApp conversations and contact details synced from HERA's respond.io workspace.
• Site visit and showroom bookings made on HERA's website: name, phone, email, address and notes.
• Staff profiles: name, email, phone number and role, used for sign-in.
• Advertising results from HERA's Meta and Google ad accounts.

⚙️ Services that process it

Data is stored with Supabase and the app is hosted on Vercel. Conversations come from respond.io, emails are sent through Resend, and WhatsApp messages go out from HERA's own number. Reply drafts and summaries are written by Anthropic's Claude models.

👥 Who can see it

Only signed-in HERA staff, each with a role that limits what they see. Sign-in uses a one-time code, and every connection is encrypted. Zelix Labs accesses the data only to build, support and fix the app.
